The Scholarship fund exists to provide financial assistance for further study to worthy candidates from the College.

During 2017, John Dilger retired as a trustee of the Fund after 50 years outstanding service. John has an extremely special and continuous connection with the College. He connected the Fund to so much of the College’s history and was always keen to share this with the boys we interviewed. We welcomed Christy Swords as a trustee in John’s place.

We made one award of £1000 to a student starting university in September 2017 and, following recent interviews, have made two awards of £1000 each to students leaving Rhetoric this summer.

It is always a pleasure to meet so many outstanding boys at the College and to be able to make a contribution to their further studies.
