Ordering your food

To order your delicious food, please place your order by emailing takeaway@oldwimbledonians.com before 2:30 pm on Friday specifying: 

1. your choice of pizza and any additional toppings

2. any sides or desserts

3. your preferred collection time, pick a 10 minute slot between 6 pm - 9 pm on Friday evening.

Please ensure that your payment is made as detailed below before collecting your food.

Please include a phone number as we may need to contact you to arrange a different collection slot.

Payment

Once your order had been processed, you will receive a link to make your payment for your order, please make sure you pay this as your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Collection

Your takeaway can be collected from the OWA kitchen at your allocated time about which you will be notified by email with your order confirmation.

We will aim to allocate your collection time as close as possible to your preferred collection time.  However, we operate on a schedule of pick up slots every 10 minutes which are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  

Please, therefore, allow for some flexibility in your collection time, and of course, the earlier you order, the higher the chance that you will be given your preferred collection time so don't delay.
